Repair diagnostic — credited back
For repair calls we charge $100 to come out and diagnose the problem properly. Sign the work agreement for the repair and the full $100 comes off your invoice.

Your garage door is a wall. We treat it like one.
An attached garage shares walls and often a ceiling with rooms you heat and cool. A single-skin steel door is the biggest uninsulated panel on most houses — and no other garage door company on the Central Coast is also an insulation contractor.
We can quote the door and the garage insulation on the same visit, and tell you honestly which one actually changes how the space feels.

An estimator comes out
The same person who quotes your job is the one you keep dealing with. New doors are measured and quoted free; repairs carry the $100 diagnostic.
You get it in writing
A written work agreement with the door, the parts and the price on it. Sign it for a repair and the diagnostic comes straight off the invoice.

Garage doors are a two-county service for us right now. We would rather cover this ground properly than stretch across three.
Our insulation division covers Ventura County as well. Garage doors do not, yet — if you are in Ventura or Oxnard and need a door, we will tell you so on the first call rather than waste your time.
General contractors and builders
We handle door packages on new construction and remodels, work to your schedule, and carry our own license, bond and insurance. Light commercial sectional and opener work is in scope. For rolling steel, fire-rated and dock equipment we will point you to a specialist rather than pretend it is our trade.
